I have recently started wearing a new hat, that of homeschool dad. We are just beginning to get acquainted with the world of homeschooling. We have so much to learn.
We take an ecclectic approach to education with classical education as a foundation. We are part of a Classical Conversations (CC) community where I am also a tutor. CC memory work serves as a springboard for history, science, and fine arts studies. Our choices for English and math curriculum are a bit more traditional: Logic of English and Alpha Omega’s Horizons Math. Finally, we use Ask Me Whooo? to learn the children’s catechism through song.
As I come across more helpful links, I’ll post them here.
