The power of communication to influence attitudes and shape the course of human endeavor cannot be taken lightly. By it nations have been forged, atrocities incited, and loves enflamed. Communication is a powerful tool. But might does not make right; might must be governed by what is good! Without a clear ethic, communication can quickly degenerate into a means of coercion, manipulation and exploitation. It should rather be a tool in the fight for cooperation, liberation and education.
